Earl Grey Tea Latte

CIMG1634CIMG1624On the days I am not rushing out the door I love to make an Earl Grey Tea Latte. I have tried many earl grey teas and I think my favorite would have to be Tazo. Numi is also good. I also love Chai tea lattes but the flavor of Earl Grey is simply my fav.

Here is what I do: fill up mug with boiling water 3/4 full, steep tea for 3-5 minutes then stir in 1 tsp honey (I love local honey – there is a honey farm several miles from my house – Madhava honey and its the best 🙂 ).

Then I microwave 1/2 cup fat free organic milk for about 40 seconds then whip the CIMG1629milk with an electric hand whipper. You can buy at Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Williams Sonoma etc. These things are awesome. Will makes a coffee latte everyday – really mixes tea, coffee or milk up and I swear makes all hot drink taste better for some reason.

Anyway, whip the hot milk for about 45-60 seconds – it will CIMG1635thicken and expand. Then let sit for a minCIMG1633CIMG1637CIMG1638ute to thicken even more. There will be some milk under the foam so I pour that into the mug of tea then scoop out the foam on top. Love it♥

I think there has to be something said about a morning ritual; taking the time to make something delicious for yourself then sitting down and enjoying it with a good book for favorite magazine. During the week, I rarely have time to whip the milk but I still make my tea and just add hot milk in a stainless steel to go cup. Always try to use a stainless steel (in the inside of mug) or ceramic to go cup – your tea and coffee will taste so much better – trust me!

So, on Fridays and the weekend I savor my Tea latte.CIMG1641

    除湿机 抽湿机产品在发达国家家庭的使用率已超过10%,是解决潮湿困扰非常好的产品。但由于国家工商局对网销品质量抽检力度有限,导致消费

you mean I've had the option to turn my boring soymilk into a foamy delight with my immersible blender and I never realized it!?!? I can't wait for morning time.
